I have purchased webhosting space from netspace india. Shashikant pandidhar is CEO of the company.

For first 2-3 days they have given me temporary server that was very slow, i complained so many times then they shifted my data on another server.

After having very bad service, i was continuing with them. As per the commitment they are giving phone support. But there telephone was disconnected,

no feedback came from phone for 6-7 days. I came to know that i am with very bad hosting company netspaceindia which is in nashik , maharashtra, India.

After few days suddenly they have deleted my client website www.acefshionlounge.com and also told that we does not have backup.

I asked them why you delete the site then they said its done by mistake. Then i asked for backup but he told we cant able to restore. I asked for refund of Rs.13500 but they refused.

Shashikant Pandidhar said its not in our policy & also we cant take guarantee of data ( we have already given in T&C).

then he abused me (in regional language) and disconnected all websites by threatening me, you have broken our policy.

after that my temper was lost.

After lots of argument he said me without saying sorry i will not start your websites.

is this a law ?

After this situation we had a discussion to resolve this issue but he said you must have to say sorry to me.

I was in crucial situation so i written a letter to him & also said sorry.

After that he refused to make live my all websites. He suggested to go me in Legal, do whatever you want to do it.

And also threatened if you will write against us then we will take a strong action against you, I have 3500 clients.

If you write about me anywhere i have team of SEO to remove this things, you can not do anything.

He has control of my all domains so he stop all service, and refused to give me charge back.

He shown me T & C.

I think he is purposely creating issues and doing disconnection to make his company in profit.

Please be aware people from this type of cheating, netspaceindia is cheater company.

Do not believe in this company.

If anyone want evidence or Audio recorded files; please ask me . I can able to provide that.

Because of him i fired by my 44 clients & i spent money on another server.

If you want to help me, please publish this review to get open the eyes of people.

And tell other people & friends to forward this message.

I will not recommend this to anyone not even to my enemies. We curently have a vps plan with them
(which we were forced to buy up from our old business plan due to them hiding few basic facts from
us during the sales cycle)

1. Server is frequently down.6 to 7 times in a week is the norm.

2. Tech. support is pathetic. They will resolve the issue only when they work and during business days.
All the claims of 24 by 7 support is hollow.

3. Sometimes you just talk to these guys on chat n they will resolve the issue in minutes..
if you ask them the reason , nothing will be given.

4. No escalation matrix for any issue. You need to be on their mercy all the time even for critical issues.
