After searching a lot , finally i found a shared hosting site www.webhostingpad.com.
I wanted a hosting site based in US/Europe so that ping & relay time is less and loading of the pages is fast. Moreover, i wanted 100% uptime and cheap hosting space.
After using webhostingpad for about 3 months i can say is that only once my website www.jollyhealthcare.org got down due to excessive server load on 29 Jan 2012.
But to my surpise the response from 24x7 customer care was satisfactory and fast. The executive told me that in next 1 hour the problem will be resolved and it was :)

I had a terrible experience with Hostcats.com . I should have listened to some of my friends who advised me to stay from them but I signed up because of price. The problem with Hostcats.com started when I signed up. First, they could not configure my hosting account properly. After emailing 5-6 times, they fixed the problem. After a week, I started receiving complaints from my clients that sites were not working. So, I contacted Hostcats Customer Support hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, they took 2 days to solve my problem. Many of my clients were very angry and 1 client decided to move.

The above problems kept repeating so decided to cancel my account to save my business. Hostcats.com make tall claims but they do not live up to expectation. I guess you get what you pay for....

I’m not traditional or original client of Proaxxs.net because they do not provide me web hosting

services for me. They manage my server.

First impression. At the very beginning I doubt if that is possible at all to get server managed

so cheap. Response time was offered as a tad high for me. But that was the only solution I could

afford.

Response time. When it comes to practice they response time has been ~10 minutes (Still have no

idea why they offer ~60 mins). So that was unexpected

Resolution time. In my situation that took them no more then 1.5 hour. Pretty good I think for

such kind of issues I had.

And every request is being served in polite way.

I recommend their managed service. You will be patient and happy whatever happens to your

server.

Would like to say that I am extremely satisfied using GrabWeb service.
